In this role, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, providing crucial support for lead generation, appointment scheduling, and client communication. Our Sales Coordinator Super Star will Have Fun:

  • Reach out and connect with potential clients through various channels like inbound inquiries, outbound calls, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and organize meetings between sales team and prospective clients to provide them with quotes and estimates for their residential cleaning needs.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, providing all necessary information about residential cleaning services, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities using CRM software or other tools.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents to clients, following up to ensure timely receipt and completion.
  • Work with the operations team to schedule cleaning staff and equipment based on sales orders and client requirements.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless delivery of residential cleaning services, address concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including metrics, targets, and goals, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
  • Prepare sales presentations, materials, and reports for meetings and presentations to support sales activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right team member with a smile!

Some of the Qualifications We need to ask about

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus additional education or training in sales, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required). We're interested in someone who has the skills and experience to help us reach new heights!
  • You've got a proven track record of success in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, with a deep understanding of sales processes and principles.

  • You're a computer whiz, with expert knowledge of MS Office and CRM software or other sales-related tools.
  • You're a team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • You put customers first and are always looking for ways to improve their experience.
  • You're adaptable and can pivot quickly to changing sales requirements and market conditions.
  • You have a professional and positive attitude and are always eager to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • You're flexible and can work evenings or weekends as needed, to help us achieve our sales goals.
  • You have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation (if required for client visits or sales activities).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
